As the key health service in Melbourne’s west, Western Health wanted to address uncertainty and connect with people in the fight against coronavirus. A campaign and website were developed with an overarching message of support. Alongside this personable and informative content was a ‘call to arms’ approach. Enabling the public to volunteer their services and skills as well as send messages of support to front line health care workers.
The importance of clear, accessible communication was higher than ever.
